This policy explains what iqAudi360 ("we") collects when you use iqAudi360 and why.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and a salted hash of your password (or your Firebase sign-in identity). We never store your plain-text password.
• Scan data: the targets you submit, the instructions you give, and the resulting findings and reports, stored under your organization.
• Audit logs: sign-ins, administrative actions and the IP address they came from, kept for security and compliance.
• Session cookie: one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To run your account and scans, secure the platform, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

• Google Firebase for sign-in.
• Google Fonts for typefaces (your browser contacts Google when pages load).
• An AI model provider (OpenRouter and the underlying model vendor) receives the scan context and tool output needed to run an assessment. Do not submit targets or data you are not authorized to share.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and scan data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, or to export it, by emailing [contact email]. Audit logs may be retained for a limited period where needed for security.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, data is separated per organization, and access is role-based. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to [contact email].

Children

iqAudi360 is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
